People are always impressed when they discover that I am a professor martial arts. Unfortunately I did not really impressive man. It is a cruel trap, because if they were sufficiently impressed that I can teach them, but I do not really care to impress.

When I started studying martial arts, it was a long time ago and I was really taken by the fast-Ninjas in Pajamas, but what you make me talk about myself. I mean the people, they are hard, focused, and she took the time to sit and laugh and joke a baby. I always remember this, from the earliest days, and try to be part of my behavior.

Now that this has been said, there are four reasons why I teach martial arts. I’m there from the perspective of a professor, then you probably know what I’m saying a little bit different from what you can expect. However, you will find my reason revealing.

One, teach, for it gives me strength. The thing is, I do not know power over people, about the power I feel I am the health of my body and clarity to say my opinion. Although both old and fat to use walkers and oxygen tanks, maybe not even bend to tie their shoes, I climb stairs, eat what I want and I’m still active “Now, forty years ago when I was 19, but.

Secondly, when I teach, it throws me. But this is something real, when I teach someone if I really in my classes, so I suddenly empty, and in this vacuum that I know these things. It’s almost like I pushed a book on the table, with room for another book that set the table, when we speak of knowledge that the spirit of the place crowded out.

Three, I teach, so I left me. I’m not the attacker or defender, but I do both, without him, and he gives me the insight that is almost completely unknown to Western society. It makes no sense, even the teaching of Western society, which gives this view.

Four, I teach, so I relate to the world more realistic. I see many people talking stuffed, but not the real world, and certainly not to speak to the real world. Teaching martial arts is developing a facility on a deeper level of communication, a kind of good communication is the communication of natural and zen to be alive.

So there. Not all martial arts teacher my reason, but you can bet they have similar causes and extent of range. Always know that if someone learns the beautiful arches and exceptional system of Shaolin or internal energy or inspiration Wudan a tough fight, based on Krav Maga, or just have fun and sweat soaked sports as you want to see mixed martial arts, with a depth of character to pursue them, and it hurt to continue the same way.

Inside, I want to show some moves may be very valuable for several styles of fighting to get the upper hand in life or death struggle.

Learn martial arts moves # 1 – trapping. Being able to keep the attacker or the early lifting of its ends are in the range to hit you. Trapping involves pinning your attackers hand against his chest and striking him repeatedly with its back page, while the temporary cessation.

Learn martial arts move # 2 – A big misconception is that the sport is based on styles of coping with the high kick in the head, such as Taekwondo, is not working. The street does not fight your opponent the upper hand, take down or throw you balance. Avoid high head kick and instead kicked in the groin, shin and knee protectors.

Learn martial arts moves # 3 – Get the most painful areas of your attacker to cause maximum damage. Give him in the neck, kicked him in the groin, stabbed his eye with his fingers, biting my neck, you have to do to win the battle, no matter how dirty it is barbaric, or it may seem. Remember, there are no rules in street fighting.

Learn martial arts moves # 4 – Remember that the basis of keeping their distance and block the incoming strike, which could harm or contact you. When not to block a strike, which is out of reach, but of course block the incoming attacks, and traps to protect themselves.

Find in Boxing

Everyone should learn a surprisingly good ability to control early in the game. This includes punching, kicking, parrying, blocking, bobbing, weaving and rivet.

Another characteristic of Standup fighting and kick boxing is different. Several types can kick you as an attacker complete. Street battles scenes are particularly useful to kick, because the space between the strength of his opponent and himself, to move them away and the pace of conservation in their control.

Submission Fighting and face

Most people never heard of grace “stated that 90% of all fights ended on the floor. Facebook is critical and often determine who will win the fight. If you miss the impressive part of the fight still be able to control If the situation you acquire the power to reason.

Another thing to investigate taking your opponent so if you want, then take the dominant position and wrestling maneuvers. Dominate the presentation of the fight to end the fight immediately. Practice some shock and neck cranks, in particular, you will win more battles, because the neck is very sensitive organs.
