Learn How to Increase your Running Speed

Here are 7 tips to help you increase your speed:
1. Train the muscles to respond to you quickly want to: You have done workouts where you run at 90-95%, or your body will never learn to walk fast.
2. “Dead” Weight Loss: I understand that for some sports, or for certain situations that you will have a certain weight or size, but you can get rid of some “dead” weight, to help you more quickly. 6. Flexibility will help your speed: It was said that flexibility could affect up to 33% of its energy. Well, then you must be strong. Thus, the flexibility of direct or indirect impact on its ability to run fast for 33%.
7. Improving Running Form Increases Speed: Improve your current form, the faster you drive.
* Running Form Tips: High knees no more than a step, a slight tilt forward, the knees do not extend far behind the body and feet to strike only for its center of gravity.
