When I got my first GPS, I loved the level of detail exactly how fast I ran, how long and how much I gained altitude. I loved his charts and graphs that can be downloaded to your computer for the analysis of my training. But will you love? Prove that there is a black and white that, I thought, since the run was much faster for a jog and that “big Hill” that was slowing me it was really only about 200 meters high.

Maybe you think running a race is simple. Just standing on the top of the line and wait for the gun and then runs. But there are many other things to be considered in the running game. Are you new to run regularly, or have thoughts that are running? Of experience to choose a friend to drive you to look at the GPS running watch, here are some tips on how to optimize your work-out.

First, it’s good to set goals. You do not need to know exactly what you want to work in this direction, or start with the goal of finding your way out of the League. Perhaps your goal is just to run every day, or more time to perform each day. No matter how little the objectives of aid.

Secondly, walking with friends can be a great motivation. Find someone with whom they get along and there is relatively equal to their resistance. It is good to have someone who will challenge a bit, but not try to follow a marathon when you are just starting.

Knowledge of beach volleyball is the first step that can play well. Do not make the mistake if you know the rules before stepping in the sand. If you play indoors have much to learn before you can play on the beach.

What should I know before playing volleyball?
